Terms and Conditions for Photo Flow

1. Introduction Welcome to Photo Flow, operated by Crystal Pigeon DOO ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Photo Flow mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Purpose of the App Photo Flow is a mobile application designed to help users organize their photos efficiently. The App requires access to your internal storage to function effectively.

3. User Access and Restrictions

• The App does not offer users to create accounts.
• Users cannot share content with others through the App.
• Users must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. In-App Purchases

• Photo Flow offers subscription-based premium features.
• Payments and refund policies are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Users should refer to their respective platform’s terms for further details.

5. User Responsibilities Users agree to:

• Grant the App access to their device’s internal storage for organizational purposes.
• Use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Activities Users are prohibited from:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Using the App in a manner that disrupts or impairs its functionality.

7. Updates We may update the App periodically to improve functionality and user experience. Continued use of the App following an update constitutes acceptance of the updated App.

8. Termination of Use We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms.
